Overview
The Easy Answers for Mobile is an App for both Apple iOS and Android phone and tablet devices. The Mobile App can only be used with the most recent release of the AO Platform and Easy Answers solutions, version 4.5 from March 2026.

The following are the key features of the Easy Answers for Mobile App:
Onboarding

Connecting to an AO Platform server.

Signing in and out of the App.

Selecting an Easy Answers solution, eg, Asset AI, Health AI, Finance AI, Sales AI, etc…

Configuring User Settings, including server and solution selections, UI theme, documentation, and other preferences.
Using the Easy Answers Agent

Ask questions of the organization’s data to retrieve textual results. See Conversing with Your Data.

Installation

Available for Apple iOS devices, System Requirements, App Store links. See Apple iOS (iPhone and iPad).

Known Issues and Limitations
The following features are not yet implemented in release 1.0, but can be expected to be addressed in upcoming releases:

Visualizations for Results, such as Tables, Charts, and other curations.

Notifications and asynchronous communication between the AO Platform server and the Mobile App.

Various UI, usability, and error-message issues, including progress bar.

App running in the background. If the Mobile App is pushed to the background, network connectivity may be lost.

LLM Interpretation Modes, Ambiguity, and Unknown Word Resolution when asking questions.

Log Files w/download.

Additional themes from the AO Platform.

Product documentation includes an AI Search feature that will provide a summarization response to the user’s search term(s) based on the App Orchid documentation.

The ChatGPT-based AO Knowledge Assistant has been updated. The combined AO Platform and Easy Answers documentation has been used to create a GPT that can generate summarized responses to practically any question about the functionality and use of the AO Platform and Easy Answers solutions. A ChatGPT account is required to use the AO Knowledge Assistant.
